Areas of Specialisation & Key Achievements
Coaching and Training – delivery training manager for Telecom customer services with 1200 staff. Designed and facilitated induction courses, new product launches, systems and process training, customer service skills, wellness initiatives, coaching models, change management models, train the trainer and values alignment workshops.
Leadership – Led up to 22 staff including coaches, mentors, team leaders, trainers and administrative staff. Part of management team in contact centre with 200 staff.
Presentations – Opening speaker and MC for numerous Telecom events including human resources off forums, training team conference and retail leader’s day. Key note speaker at ACC seminar and EEO workshop.
Project Management – Contracted to project manage Telecom’s wellness programme nationally with 15 wellness champions, steering committee of 10 people, working group of 8 and 2 internal communication staff. Delivered this to 2500 staff across the retail business unit.
Influencing skills – Persuaded the CEO and Executive team to ‘walk the talk’ with the 10,000 steps programme, and to adopt The Wellness Programme as a key ongoing strategic initiative.
Change Management – Developed and facilitated a 1 day ‘Leading Change’ workshop that was delivered across 300 leaders within the organisation. Delivered ‘Navigating Change’ workshops to over 250 people across the organisation.
Life Coach – As an experienced Life Coach Marianne works with individuals to explore dynamics that affect them and encourages clients to take charge of their mind and start directing life in ways that best serve them. Encourage self-awareness and individual responsibility to enable them to take control of their life. Suitable for anyone, especially those who wish to make changes and create a more fulfilling life around relationships, career direction, financial, well-being and emotions.
