Prior to starting About Potential with co founder Eileen Henderson, Jane was the National Manager of the Career Management, Outplacement and Change division of a major global consulting firm. Jane’s Human Resources Consulting experience includes providing a range of tailored Talent Management Services to help businesses achieve their people goals. This has included, Psychometric Assessment, Job Analysis, Recruitment, Employee Development, 360 assessment, Career Development, Change Management, Leadership training and development.
Jane has a strong commercial background and broad experience of different business environments, having working in and consulted to, a diverse range of corporate, medium and small businesses, both private and public. Industries Jane has consulted to include, oil, banking, FMCG, retail, agriculture, telecommunications, training and education, insurance, engineering.
Jane’ knowledge of people and performance matters, combined with direct commercial experience and understanding of bottom line imperatives across a range of situations allows her to provide expert tailored consulting and design in collaboration with her associates, unique solutions to address individual business needs.
